Your Board of Directors has approved a “special assessment” of fifty dollars ($50.00) to be paid by all 2026 members. The assessment is in addition to your annual membership dues. It is owed by every member regardless of classification and includes regular and life members, seniors, students, and military memberships.
This assessment is included in your annual dues for 2026.
The need to levy a “special assessment” after 2026 depends on whether the Club can successfully raise additional ADA compliance funds.
